Most orders will ship within 3-5 days once payment has been received. Payments made by check must be cleared prior to shipment. Custom orders will usually ship within 3-5 days once any artwork approvals have been made, unless otherwise noted in the items description. We ship via USPS and UPS. Please indicate your choice at the time of order.

Returns

We do our best to bring you high quality products. If for some reason you are unhappy with your product, we will do what we can to make it right. You will need to contact us within 7 days of original purchase by emailing us at info@theplaidroom.com. Do not send any items back without contacting us first. We cannot be responsible for items returned incorrectly.

All return funds will be processed using the same method as the original purchase was made.
